Our approach
We design for keyboard access, labeled form controls, visible focus, readable contrast, scalable text, meaningful headings, text alternatives for item images, and clear status messages. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a practical reference and continue improving the experience.

We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or transaction process in an accessible alternative format.
Third-party services
Some steps, including secure payment through Square and owner authentication through ChatGPT, are provided by third parties. We welcome reports about barriers encountered in those connected experiences so we can help or raise the issue with the provider.
